Same here, I got DM on May 20 until today. I can't remember how many times I called CIC, they told me my case was transferring from Sydney to Ottawa, and Ottawa takes time to finalize it. So we don't know how long it will take, the only thing is to wait, which is really painful.

Any one who got DM on May 19 or 20 received PPR today?

Today is exactly a month after I got DM, everybody got PPR except us!!!
