Maybe not everybody gets an AWB number..but in my case I did.. maybe because it was an emergency. About getting the passport 4-5 days after your ecas changed to Decision made, it didn't happen to us it took 2 weeks I think it took nearly 3 weeks however at that time a there was a strike.

Hi, From my experience the interview was just in English, if you speak French then maybe they can speak to you in French. I was the principal applicant and I was the only one who got interviewed, my husband was never requested to be interviewed. Regards, MapleDreamer
