Be patient. it will take couple of weeks to process, and i think the shipment will be shown in your FeDex account when it's shipped from visa office.

Don't worry, you will get it updated very soon. My '2.5 years old information' just got updated and said 'Medical results have been received'. I check it twice every day in the last two weeks. ps: the ME requested in the end of May, and got it done on June 27th.
