Can I ask how many days it took from your submitted your application till your got your AOR? I am submitted mine today by mail, and I really want to know how long it might take. Thank you very much.

If I were you, I might try to apply CEC a month later, and try to get the FN. You can apply BOWP based on the FN. Yes, your CEC might fail this time, but you can continue to work till you can gain enough time for you CEC, then you can apply CEC again.

I think so too... especially for master and phd stream... I cannot think there's any reason to be rejected as long as they get 7 for Ielts...
