Yes that is true.. My husbands status changed to in process on 2013.09.20 and on 2013.09.21, my hubbi got his passport and his estatus still says in process.. So everyone in the forum..Be positive..Good News is on the way. I knw hOw hard it is to wait But honestly wen you will get DM or Visa all...

Finaallly after 6 months my e-status went to IN PROCESS :D Sooo happy!!! How long does it takes after e-status goes to In Process..?????? :)

This process has frustrated me so much,, It seems like never ending process. My estauts still shows Application Received :'( Sometimes I wonder if its ever gono change...

I hope coz it is so frustrating :(

Are there cases where people get their visas and their status still says Application Received? Because my status doesnt seem to change at all? everyday i check my status and it says APPLICATION RECIEVED ( it has been the same since feb 2013)

My husband has two refusals i.e. one is student visa and the other one is dependent case refusal as his mom is canadian citizen, she tried to sponsor him but he was over age to be dependent. Is it going to affect my spousal sponsorship :o?
