I would suggest wag na lang mag agency lalu na expensive sya. Pagnagfill up ka ng form, read mo yung application guide sasabihin naman dun kung ano hinihingi sayo atleast sa cic form. Nakita ko na din yung form ng NS straight forward naman yung mga questions. So cic forms lang ang medyo...
