i sent them emails twice too and no reply. That's why i finally went down. Maybe you can authorize your friends to do that for you? In the email, do specify which date you need the visa by. I specified 24 July and they are approving mine on 23 July.

Has anyone applied online through Singapore office recently? I submitted on 23 June 2013 and till now I have not received any reply. Is this normal? Do they send a rejection letter (*cross finger*) faster than a request for passport submission ?
