Hello I am new to this forum. I have applied in Quebec Investor Immigration Program and want to know what is the processing time from New Delhi Visa Office?

The passport is ready to be picked up He will get an email indicating whether his visa has been approved

Does anyone know the reason that some people are being skipped in the process of getting a visa? Have they applied to Colleges or is it jus luck?
