i have done b.sc with electronics as principal subject ,my job experience in 90% match with NOC 2243 industrial instrument and mechanic am i eligible for the same NOC under fswp ? Will they consider my education for the same and award me the points for the same i think point for bachelor degree...

i have done B.Sc and got experience just as the noc 2243 of new occupation list 2013 will they consider my education as valid for the said catagory? =my job duites match 90% with the said NOC 2243 if any one can help me ?

can any one expalin why catagory 2243 industrial instrument technician and mechanic is not in the list of fst and it has been added in the fswp my basic qualification is B.Sc electronics +MBA finance and my job description matches with 2243 with addition of some commercial parts like vendor...
