happyca, livescan is not accepted by fbi for non citizens. They only accept prints on paper and i am pretty sure of that. I hope there is a way out for us people. Its just frustrating to wait endlessly with fbi to only hear that they cant read the prints :(

Well, the prints have been taken by the local police station fingerprint technician. Its not an issue with the fingerprint technician not taking proper prints, its an issue with the prints not readable due to the ridges on my fingers not being clear. Any suggestions people??
