@ Alan, for us, we just got a letter of invitation to apply for it. Our invitation had a deadline to it. And even the recent bridging program bulletin is expired. It's supposed to be a bridging program last 2012 that allows for early integration into Canada while waiting for visa.(...

@ redstone, yes. CHC Singapore is processing my file as provincial nominee. I'm not so sure why it's short. I initially specified Manila as my VO of choice in the application as it is one of the speediest VO in the region based on the cic website. I guess they try to put your file in the best...

@ Taivoi, it's been 4 weeks since I've submitted PP's. During this time I've lost access to ecas on the second week and on the start of 3rd week I was able to see status again but the main page of ecas shows two lines instead of one. One line displaying in process and the other line blank...
