one of my friend got message that ur passport has been released....if visa rejected then they send message or not..?...but he does not get any mail ...only message recieved...what is this mean...?

fleming cllge hai...i did btech also in IT ....wid 6 band ....applied file

but in spp list there is not specify that 6.5 required for grduate....only describe 6 overall wid 5.5 each.,...
