YEAH - i guess Beijing is always OK - and New York is optional - i thought it would be easier for me if my application will be processed in NY - since i work here - but i guess i only have a slightly chance that my file will be processed - since it arrived on July 3rd for 2174 ..

my application went to CIC on July 3rd .. NOC 2174 .. i guess my chance is very small :(

i filled in BEIJING instead of New York .. can i change the visa office on the generic form by just contacting CIO ? thanks ..
