Hi se7en, Sorry about your situation. I don't have advise for you but had a general question. How were you advised of the refusal of the visa? Was that through the CIC account email? Or were you asked to send the passport and then a denial was stamped in the passport? Thanks and best of luck!

It was about 20 days later. I recommend sending Ottawa an email stating that some members of your family have received the request but others have not. I think that is what helped in my case (no way to be sure, of course).
