    Approved from MPNP without IELTS

    I got a letter of approval from the MPNP and they did not require me to take IELTS. Does this mean that I do not need take IELTS for my application for permanent resident visa to the CIO? If I still need to take it, does my wife have to take the exam too? Thank you for your replies.
