He can pay full fees now and then the school should refund back the difference when he shows his copr. Thats what i did early this week.

Called them today. Agent said they received passport on July 31 but tracker says it was delivered on the 21st. Was advised to call back 2wks after 31st because they can't do anything before that. :mad::mad::mad::mad: So frustrating!!!!!

Is there anyone from a non visa exempt country who got their passport back recently?

I can easily do that by flagpoling to the nearest border... only when cic returns my passport :(:(:(
