    eligible for PR with 5.5 band average?

    Can anyone help me that i am applying for PR in the category of NOC-B as supervisor in CEC procedure? I got 4.5 in listening,5 in reading,5.5 in reading and speaking 6 so average is band is 5.5. Is CIC accepting as in an average or based in individual score?

    what is the minimum score in ielts in CEC category

    Could you please help me out that in IELTS i got L-4.5,R-5,W-5.5 and S-6 So am i eligible to apply for PR in the CEC category? Thank you.
