Hi Toronto60, do you think the 2012 Applicants (RQ receipients) are targetted and delayed by purpose. I see in the time line exce that 90% of the people who got tested in Jan till March waiting for Oath are the ones that were RQed??

Is there any rationale as to why 1 test taker with a later time line (and both RQed) being given Oath while other whose application was submitted earlier still not given Oath date? Both taken test on the same date.. the one with Oct2012 app date got Oath the one with feb2012 did not?? Still...

You did the right thing.. it is not worth missing anythng that you already know of..
