Thanks for your explanation, they will probably keep the police certificate, one effective way for CIC to delay the CTZ process, and just like you said it has not been amended. It takes forever though to get it and since we already provide one in the PR process they should really remove this...

I think that this Bill helped a lot of us learn about politic here in Canada, I don't think that we need to prepare for our citizenship test in regard to how things work in the Senate
