Thanks rawdah for the reply. So in case of delay of completion of medicals ..just as in my case..because spouse is pregnant.. I will get only a very limited period of visa (say from Aug 2014 to Dec 2014) and I have to rush to finish the landing formalities ..correct..?

Thank you very much for your fast feedback islandbabe. I have just raised a case specific enquiry to NDVO. They say they may update the address in the file..But no information may be passed back to us..Avg time is 28 days and so on..Lets see if I get any reply in the time frame they mentioned.
