Got some terrific news yesterday. I received an email from CIC stating they had completed processing of my application, and asking me to pay the $490 RPRF fee. A few hours later I got another email stating my landing interview would be February 18th. Finally after 28 months it is almost over!

Nevermind, resolved it myself. Firefox and IE wouldn't cooperate so I tried Chrome and it worked.

I am trying to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online, but every time I hit submit it says "You can not submit an empty form!". It does not give me the option to fill out a form and I cannot find a form to fill out (if it exists) anywhere. It is possible I am doing something wrong...

I believe the form we need to fill out is IMM5710E, "Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker". I think it is the same form I had to fill out when I first applied for the OWP. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...

I feel your pain all too well. I am at just over 10 months since AIP. I called to ask why it has been that long even though the estimates are for DM within 8 months. They said it is 8 months for 80% of the applications. I do wonder if that's just the "party line" or if they are just running...
