I got the envelopes today in India. I had to get Masters from Mumbai so, it will be couriered to Bangalore and from there on Sat it will be sent to WES. Lets hope for the best. All d best for you. Do it asap.

My brother submitted only photocopies, it took three days of time after the submission of application with fee payment. Neither notarized copy nor the originals were shown to them. In India you know if request is made in person explaining the situation it works.
