In my case, when they sent the email asking for the passport I checked the status on the ECAS and it was already in Decision made. And it only shows one address, the mailing address, it does not show the home address so far.

I sent Ottawa the e-ticket of my flight abroad, and they answered me with the standard replies, adding me to the priority list, saying they cannot say how long it takes, etc. I did not contact the PNP office here in the city again.

Yes, I am Ottawa received my passport on March 1, and on April 25 they answered my email saying they added me to the priority list too.
