I sent email/fax couple of times and i didnt get any reply back. So i went to LA office and asked for my passports back as i have to go to india (and i already postponed once waiting for the passport). They gave my passports back without visa and they asked me to send them back once i returned

Once you submitted online they usually take 20 days and if everything is good; they will ask your passport. And you have to send the passport with in 30 days. Otherwise the application will be denied and you have to submit the application again. Hope it helps.

Hi Dbs, Congratulations. Can you provide some more information on whom to contact when visiting LA office. Did you contact them before? Are we allowed to receive passport personally?
