I didn't receive my original study permit through mail so I attached the letter of approval/introduction that says that you have been granted the study permit extension, and I attached this letter of approval in my TRV extension application, this letter of approval mentions the application...

My application was received on 14th march.

Guys I received an email today saying that your application has been finalized and passport has been mailed to me on 25th April.

I have e-mailed them several times but didn't receive any reply.

How many people did not get their passport who applied before march 16th?

CIC site is saying that they are working on applications received on 31st march. What about the applications that were sent in the week of 10th march? My application was received by the office on 14th march. I am really worried about my passport now.

I think that everyone with the paper applications are waiting!!

Did anyone who submitted paper application in early march receive the passport?

application received by Ottawa pilot office- 14 march 2013 Lat e-mail received by them on 16 april 2013 saying that the application is currently being reviewed by an officer. I am worried as it has been much long than the actual processing time.
