I can finally access e-cas! Says the file was transferred to the visa office on July 25th and that they commenced processing on August 11th. Last update is that medicals have been received (from Friday I think).

We received the sponsorship approval today via email. I still can't login to e-CAS though, even with the client ID # (long hyphenated surname, maybe that's what it is...)
