Its seems everyone (including me) with similar application times (i.e status 'in process' oct-dec 2012) is still waiting for a test date. Any updates anyone? And are all Toronto applications now processed at Scarborough office?

Hi everyone, My timeline: application sent March 19, 2012 sent acknowledgment letter March 19, 2012 in process Dec 3, 2012 called CIC recently, they said my file was transferred to Scarborough office. Nothing since... waiting for test date.
