I hope you get your oath invite soon. I got my oath invite the next day of DM likely due to a delay of more than 5 months for my DM from the test date.

Sorry, I erroneously wrote a different date for DM. Please correct it to May 8th and I received an oath invite today for a ceremony on May 28th. Thanks

It's through the same Access to Info & Privacy Online Request site where you order GCMS notes. Just select the department to be Canadian Security Intelligence Service from the dropdown menu and in description write that this request is regarding your security clearance request for citizenship...

An advice in case it worked for me. Order notes from CSIS under privacy act just to shake them a little as most likely your application is stuck due to security clearance. I did the same a month back and that may have helped. There is no harm in asking for the notes.

Still 'In Progress' since the test date of Jan 23rd.

It was generated on Feb 26, 2018. I requested another on April 4, 2018 which I hope to receive sometime soon.

That had a "Not Started" in there.

It's blank and doesn't have any value in there.

I see your test was on the same day as mine. Let's gamble on who gets a DM first :P
