at times in life though one is not at much fault has to pay price for life... it was unfair one step to just get out of matter as I was feeling humiliated and was evenn not told implication of caution ...police told me if you ask for lawyer it will take time caution is nothing but slap on wrist...

Thank you all for your inputs .. humble request if any one who is similar in my situation and have successfully applied or got visa pls advice.

I dont have any other issues but have one uk police caution of shoplifting and its not been 5 years after that apart from that my file is ok....pls advice should I try even.

Dear PMM if the caution is for shoplifting uk wil it affect immegration and visitor visa or work permit visa of canada... pls. shed some light urgenly need help.

life is not predictable and no one konws what comes ....judging other poerson without back groud is unfair Q is Shoplifting - only once -genuine mistake- how it can affect canada PR file... is any one from uk applied for workpermit or PR with police caution - is not conviction in uk and covered...

there are countries ppl from which need visa for canada...they all have VFS or embassy which has only information about TRV,FSW,Family sponsorship, and PR visa they do not have any form for rehabilitaion process....where to apply for rehabilitation
