Is that so quick now?. I didn't know. Are you sure ? I heard sometimes Singapore office may not like to interview an applicant. Those applicants get visa directly from Dhaka. Is that true? If yes, what are the factors for this luck ?

Hi all, I am in Bangladesh. Never went to USA or Canada. I have a brother and sister in USA. Sister is a citizen and brother has a green card. My question: Can I have them apply for me using Buffalo office? Or, is there any other similar way to bypass the que at Singapore ? Thanks
