    I wrote in the Letter of Explanation about the technical problem. I attached the e-mail sent by the Technical Department and screencap of the error. Then I printed, scan and then signed the Schedule 1 in Client information. CIC have a quick positive reply. I have my passport requested.

    I have the same issue. i sent an email to CIC technical dept. "The situation that you have described is the result of an ongoing technical problem. We are currently looking into it and will resolve it as soon as possible. We will contact you as soon as the problem is solved." So far I can't...
