Hi Shells, For page 3, you just chose open work permit, then enter employer's name, and left everything blank right? Also for the explanation letter, do I need to explain I got refuse once for the work permit? Thanks!

Thanks for your advice. :) I think that might be the reason too since I didn't include the explanination letter. Also can you check if my AOR is the same one as you send for work permit. I posted it in my eariler post.
