The problem is my uncle using that money in account to sponsor for another member on family at the same time also, so he cant transfer his money during this time. if its as you say, it would be so easy :)

so i can't use my uncle's bank account? he is my sponsor, and he did write a letter guarantee that he would be responsible for my expenses in canada. Does it still requires money under my name ?
