SA means you have been approved for sponsorship. It's sponsorship approval after which the application is sent to the foreign Visa office for part 2 of the process :D

It means that the application is complete. AOR means it's conformation that your application was received by CIC at Mississauga and SA means sponsorship approval.. Good luck.
