My appointment was at 8:30am. It would've been nice to meet you. I believe they called applicants up in alphabetical order so I didn't have to wait too long before landing. My husband and I probably waited longer outside than the entire landing process itself.

Hello all. I landed on November 28th. :)

Congrats to all who recently got good news! Life got busier than usual for me after receiving DM. I landed on November 28. The Montreal office had CRA agents available, so I was lucky enough to receive a permanent SIN soon after landing. :)

Unfortunately I never received an AIP letter.

My husband questioned my decision to do everything in April. He hasn't stressed much about this process compared to me ??? Even the fingerprinting service hassled me about not having a request from CIC. Blah!

Congrats to all the recent AIP and DMs! If it wasn't for this informative group incouraging me to have my medicals and police certificate done back in April, I wouldn't have received AIP and DM all in one shot! Thank you to all! :) Happy holiday times are coming!

I think the pictures get outdated through the long process so they require new ones for the final PR card.

I remember reading about some of the other members from Quebec getting the same package. I think serenity was one of those members.
