Do we have to notarize the photo copies of the documents that are to be sent?

just a quick questions to the forum members. After receiving the passport request. Can anybody from the family, submit and collect the passport at the VFS office or it should be done only by the passport holder.

my medicals sent on dec 13, status shows "in Process", did not receive the bio data form either ..

CIC sent me an email today. They found the Indian PCC in my file. No need to submit again. Great relief

Indian embassy issued on 17 jan 2013. i have submitted on 4 feb along with application i thought pcc is good for an year

i applied through CEC category this is my time line noc code - 0632 application sent - 4 feb 2013 application rcvd - 7 feb 2013 AOR - 19 mar 2013 medicals/rrpf/pcc requested - 2 dec 2013
