Dear future_canadian, my CC got charged on 16th June and I am May 7 applicant. As per my understanding if u r gonna get PER than the status shows "in process" and if it shows "we received your application on xxxx" than the PER will take more time? Please suggest Regards, JJ

Hi All, I am JJ from India. I am 7th May applicant. My CC got charged on 16th June 2014. Today my consultant send me my ECAS status - "We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014" Will be highly obliged if some body explains what this status indicates Regards, JJ
