When you receive your PPR, you will send your passport to Ottawa and send an email to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca requesting the change of VO from Ottawa. There is a format of that email. I will send you the format in pm :)

Seriously they replied. Well he is lucky then. Coz I have emailed them more than once about the change of VO for my dependent. Its like 2 weeks and they don't bother to send any kinda response. Had to send an email again today. No response at all. :(

It is completely okay. You just need to have a proof that you ain't gonna reside in Quebec. Your airline ticket for Toronto and any other proofs from your job or residence should work. There are a lot of people that land there coz its a port of entry for many international flights.

Hi Asivad, Have you seen how much time people are receiving on their immigration visa to land in Canada? Any response would be appreciated. For other programs it used to be mostly 12 months from date of medical. But I dunno exactly about any case of express entry since processing is pretty fast...

Guys anyone has knowledge about cpc-ctd-ottawa's time of response for the change of visa office email. I had to do it for my spouse to get her visa printed at the local visa office in the home country. And there is no electronic acknowledgement even. Anybody here gone through this process before?
