Hi, I have the same situation. My HCV is positive but my liver enzymes (ALT, AST) are normal and my PCR RNA is negative. Will I pass the immigration medical exam (Excessive Demand Exempt)? I've applied under spouse sponsorship category. Any reply is appreciated.
