Hi, I have got medical forms from CHC delhi. I lately realised that there is a mistake in my wife's name. It is not as per the passport we submitted. It has got suffix , which is not as per passport and we do not want it that way. I am left out with merely 10 days to my deadline for finishing...

The status changed today....but it shows the text " we have reviewed your application and began the processing on 29th March 2010" Good luck to you and all keep the fingers crossed for everyone !!
