I just found out that they actually sent PPR to me one day before my ecas changed to "medical received". However, it was delivered to a wrong email address.

I got PPR 13 days after medicals sent to Ottawa. My CIC office is Buffalo.

anyone knows whether it is possible to show up at Buffalo CIC for the visa stamp without PPR letter? They sent my PPR to a wrong email address and I really don't want to wait longer as i need to meet some deadlines.
