    i don't think is matter now...Did my studies in canada and degree is in demand, but still no progress seems like Ottawa doesn't care or care less about Quebec applicants, i mean look at other pnp applicants, ppr are falling.

    Don't be too focus on that, look some 2012 applicants already got their ppr despite Ottawa timeline. i agree with the_boss, it's depends on our personal background and travels.
