My file was transfeered to CPC-Ottawa

My fathers name on CIC Approval letter is not correct.The file was transffered to CPC-O. I have his scanned copy of the passport with me. Can i just email CIC at the email address provided on the letter to correct the name and attach the scans of the passport or should I send it by regular mail...
