pgp application status changed to "complete" on november 10,2020 and as of today no email or CORP from them. anyone else had this same problem? can anyone suggest what else can be done?

Hi, i have no idea what happened to my spousal sponsorship application status. it just disappeared. does anyone had this problem? it was there 2 days back now i can only see my citizenship application status. spousal status is not there nymore... thanks
