Hello MissDominica! When the govt said ".......whose applications are received on or after October 25, 2012".. Do they mean when you submit your application to CIC? Or it starts counting when you submit to a Provincial Nominee Program? My best friend submitted to AINP Sep, 2012..Does her case...
