    that happened to my husband, we knew about the ARC so we got ready everything for the moment VO ask for the ARC paperwork and payment, and we got the same charging for $1500 but we sent proofs that my husband payed his ticket and we sent the letter and the payment all together in the same envelope.

    before i get the embassy letter to get the police check (pgr), i got an email and they asked me for few stuffs more, and they give 120 days to send everything, i think you still have time, i got the email in the begging of april and i got the letter 15 to 2o days later.

    the embassy will send you a letter with instructions by mail, not by email, if you don't give the embassy letter to the PGR office you can't get the PGR letter

    i sent my PGR police checks from Puebla around 10.30am and it got the embassy the next day around 11am or 12pm, i sent it by Fedex-multipack

    Hi everybody... we just heard a couple weeks ago from Immigration and were asked to do the RCMP and PGR so we are very happy we are in process and just have a few more steps to go :D I was looking on CIC about the ARC and we realized that my husband had an Exclusion Order not a Deportation...

    Sorry but what are PGR and SSP? And so they already asked for your RCMP before you went to IN PROCESS? So if we are asked for RCMP we should be asked soon hopefully.

    Thanks for your information! No he never had any problems with the law when he was in Canada...I really hope that we don't have too many problems with the deportation. I keep reading that they often reject ones who were deported before and that makes me nervous.
