Hey guys, has anybody got their GCMS notes recently? I have requested it early in June and haven't got it yet. I emailed them and they replied that there is a large number of requests, acknowledged that they're late, and said they'll send it to me ASAP. This was 2 weeks ago! Haven't heard back yet!

Hi Jubayer. Seems like we have a similar timeline. My ecas states that medicals have been received for over a month as well, but my status is still "in process". I am a bit worried too, since everyone else got their PPR much faster. I am thinking to send them an email as well. Please let me know...

You can apply as many times as you want, and there's no problem in changing the main applicant. You can reapply and appeal at the same time.

I know! I was lucky that I had other experience that they accepted. The date on the letter shouldn't matter that much because the end date of the job was 3 years ago! They didn't accept 2 years of my job experience only because the letter was not dated, although it clearly indicated the exact dates that I worked and matched all qualifications of a good letter otherwise.

Congrats! There are some centers that are first-come-first-serve. I went to one of those on the day I got the medical request.

This probably means they just started processing (FA... is doing final assessment), and it's good news that they ask you for further information instead of blindly rejecting. You can update your letter now with the information they want. What does the email say exactly?

There's no right answer to your question. Depends on when the cap is reached and how many applicants there are.

Don't worry about the cap. They'll just return your application if the cap is reached. You can then re-submit it after the cap is reset.
