I'm super frustrated with this delay. On another note, my wife applied in Nov 2013 which is 6 months after my application date. CIC started processing her file on Feb 9, 2014 where as my file was transferred to Calgary on Feb 10, 2014. Is there a possibility that CIC will process our files...

No, never thought of requesting ATIP. infact don't know the procedure of requesting ATIP report.

I called CIC today and the guy mentioned that the last activity he can see in my file is completion of my "background and criminal checks" on Aug 17, 2014. Other than that he gave me same reponse that the they have 24 months and my case looks routine etc etc.

Nothing from my side. Just called CIC and they said i should get a notification for test by Mid of Nov. Not sure on what basis they gave this date but keeping my fingers crossed.

I have the same timelines as "pondering.in.prairies" and still waiting for my test.

Hi All I also received an email from buffalo today that my file was trasnferred to Seattle. Here are my timelines: Appled to NS- April 23, 2009. Documents sent to Buffalo- June 23, 2009 Email from Buffalo for file transfer- April 13, 2010.

Congrats Honolulu!!!! can you plz share your time lines, as to when you applied to NS and when they transfered the fiel to Buffalo etc.
