Just be patient, it takes about 12 to 13 months to get the ppr, you shoud be hearing something very soon, and good luck.

What you can do is the following, fly to morroco, get her passport, fly back to USA or canada, send the passposrts by mail to buffalo, when you get the passports back, fly back to morroco give her the passport with the stamp on it. That's my plan, i am in the same situation, am gonna do the same...
