I am an October applicant and received the "Request for payment of RPRF" email today.

I applied on April 13, got the approval email on July 22, and it arrived in the mail on July 27.

Mine got approved today! I applied on April 13 and today I logged into MyCIC and it says "This application has been approved". I did not receive any email.
